Cottage Overview:The cottage is set amongst woodland at the end of a gated private drive on a 40 acre estate. IJust a 15 minute walk from Queensland Beach and a 5 minute drive to Hubbards and the famous Shore Club. Totally refurbished this year, the cottage meets all requirements for comfort and relaxation. An open plan kitchen/sitting room with large deck leading off overlooking woodland. Downstairs there is a large rec room and laundry facilities. French doors lead out to a lower deck and gravelled sunken garden with firepit.
